Als eigenständige deutsche Tochter eines weltweiten Musikkonzerns bieten wir individuelle Webshops für Bands oder Künstler an. Auf ihren Touren betreuen wir das Merchandising an Spielstätten in ganz Europa.
Unsere Services reichen dabei von der Herstellung der Merch-Produkte über die Lagerung und Logistik in unserem Logistikzentrum in Dortmund, die europaweite Tourbetreuung sowie den Betrieb individualisierter Webshops.

Du hast Lust dich in unser ERP-System Netsuite einzuarbeiten und an unsere internationalen Partnern zu reoprten?
Aufgaben
Eigenständige Betreuung der Debitoren- und Kreditorenbuchhaltung
Prüfung von Rechnungen und Abwicklung des Zahlungsverkehrs
Forderungsmanagement
Erstellung der Umsatzsteuermeldungen in allen europäischen Ländern in Zusammenarbeit mit unserem internationalen Compliance Partner
Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung von Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen nach HGB
monatilches Reporting an die US-Muttergesellschaft
Profil
Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise als Steuerfachangestellte:r oder Finanzbuchhalter
mehrjährige Erfahrung als Buchhalterin
Sicherheit in der Finanzbuchhaltung nach HGB
Offenheit nach IFRS zu reporten
Erfahrung mit Netsuite oder die Bereitschaft sich einzuarbeiten
gute Englischkenntnisse

We are currently seeking a Senior Financial Accountant.
Kings Road Merch GmbH is a globally established full-service provider of merchandise products and services.
As an independent German subsidiary of a global music group, we offer customized online shops for bands and artists. We manage merchandising at venues throughout Europe during their tours.
Our services range from the production of merchandise products to storage and logistics in our logistics center in Dortmund, Europe-wide tour support, and the operation of customized online shops.
We are looking for you if you enjoy working in the music industry with printed T-shirts and merchandise. National European sales taxes, OSS, and withholding taxes don’t scare you? Would you like to familiarize yourself with our ERP system Netsuite and report to our international partners?
What you will do:
Independent management of accounts receivable and accounts payable accounting
Invoice review and payment processing
Accounts receivable management
Preparation of VAT returns in all European countries in collaboration with our international compliance partner
Collaboration in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB)
Monthly reporting to the US parent company
Who you are:
Completed commercial training, ideally as a tax clerk or financial accountant
several years of accounting experience
Confident in financial accounting in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB)
Openness to reporting in accordance with IFRS
Experience with NetSuite or the willingness to learn
good English skills
