I am a senior electrical engineer graduated from Hacettepe University, Ankara. I was awarded an overseas success scholarship by the government. I did MPhil. by research on the computerised signalling control systems on the London Underground rail network in the University of Wales, UK.

I involved and managed the first international projects of Turkish State Railways and the SCADA

project of National Power Grid in Turkish Electricity Transmission Corp. all financed with IBRD funds.

I have almost 35 year experience in railway and energy sector at key positions with full of success.

Recently, I worked for Azerbaijan Railways (ADY) as the Project Manager of a consulting firm in EST

(Electrification, Signalling & Telecommunication) works in a value of 300 million usd. Currently, I have

been working as ESP (Expert Service Provider) for utilities of LV & HV Electricity, Road Lighting and Communications in the Rail Baltica Project which is one of the biggest

railway projects in the world and estimated to cost in a value of approx. 25 billion Euro when

completed.
